CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
As a global luxury jeweller, we guarantee the quality of our opal jewellery through our Certificate of Authenticity, issued by Opalily to ensure integrity across our pieces. We guarantee that each opal is natural, authentically Australian and ethically sourced.
Each certificate states the Retail Replacement Value, Opal Carat Weight, Type and Provenance.
CERTIFICATE OF VALUATION
An NCJV accredited Certificate of Valuation is provided complimentary with any Opalily jewellery piece. This Valuation Certificate is also available for $220 with any opal gemstone or jewellery piece purchased with Opalily.
The Certificate outlines additional information about the opal piece. This legally binding document is prepared by a trusted specialist opal valuer and may be reliably used for jewellery insurance assessment purposes.
CLEANING
Our complimentary cleaning service is offered over the lifetime of all Opalily jewellery. Regular wear requires consistent cleaning and routine checking (every six to twelve months) that the stones are secure in their settings. With proper care, your Opalily jewellery will retain its beauty and charm for life. Contact us to book your jewellery in for cleaning.
REPAIRS
